Clear terms for how billing, cancellations, and refunds work on Clipply.
This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Clipply subscriptions. It applies to all paid plans purchased through clipply.com. All payments are processed securely by Tap Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; Clipply never stores your full card number.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends, from your billing settings, at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your card will be charged for the first billing cycle.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you select on our Pricing page, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can view your upcoming billing date and switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your billing settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no contracts or lock-in periods, directly from your billing settings. When you cancel, you keep full access to your paid plan through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your account will then move to the free plan; your links remain active, subject to the free plan's limits.
Because access continues through the end of each paid billing period, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or the current billing cycle after cancellation.
We will investigate and, where warranted, issue a full refund in the following cases:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Tap Payments and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
To cancel, go to your account's billing settings and select "Cancel subscription." To request a refund under one of the cases listed in Section 5, contact billing@clipply.com with your account email and the transaction date. We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 2 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at billing@clipply.com so we can resolve it directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated through Tap Payments. We work directly with Tap Payments to resolve disputes in accordance with the relevant card network rules.
